 Great Speakers January 8, 2009
The speakers were very easy to set up and sound great. We didn't want a big sub-woofer, and this set has plenty of bass without one.

A perfect match for our new HP Pavilion, black w/ nickel trim. The sound is awesome. An extremely full range with rich lows and crisp highs. Can't beat the price.

I don't usually write reviews for products I purchase from Amazon... but I absolutely had to for this product. I knew of Klipsch's reputation for having great sound systems. So I thought I would give these a try since I happen to listen to a lot of music on my computer while I work and wanted something with good quality. WOW, did I make a GREAT decision! These speakers are absolutely amazing as far as computer speakers go. Crystal clear, high quality sound... I'm very impressed!
I highly recommend this product to any music lover... Especial if you are a Mac user like I am. Very easy to install.

I've always liked Klipsch for home speakers, but I'm a bit disappointed with this set. I'm no audiophile and was looking for a basic set of speaker for playing games and occassional music. These speakers look good, no complaints there. As for sound, they produce way too much bass. This can be fixed by playing with the equalizer I guess. The cable that connects the speakers together is bit short (about 4 feet).
They're barely worth the price at $60, definitely not worth $100.

Highs:
1.They provide incredible power for their size and price.Really filling up a chamber.
2.Low noise amplifier built in
3.Powerful bass(sometimes too powerful)
4. Full range of sound.But needs special setup:equalizer(winap or something else),for getting rid of the bass which is too powerful sometimes you need to lower the input volume into the speakers and to rise the speakers volume -amplification-At higher speaker volume the lower sounds are reduced a little bit.The bass control nob is not enough usually(for me).The bass is too strong.But with adjustments it sounds very nice for their size.
Lows:
1. Bass level too strong when not using special adjustment
2. If the sound is not adjusted the sound response range is quite non linear and very uneven(pitches and lows).With adjustment i think you can set up their response close to your proffered way.
